NIGHTLY SERVICES
Maintaining the ongoing cleanliness and appeal of each property is our top priority. As such, we employ the following waste removal system to deliver quality, turn-key service:

Each resident will be provided (1) 13-gallon sturdy waste container. Should a container become lost or damaged, it can be replaced for a nominal fee.

Waste removal occurs five (5) nights per week, Sunday through Thursday.

Residents place their waste container with bagged and tied trash outside each doorstep between 6PM - 8PM on service nights. Removal service will begin after 8PM. Containers should be retrieved by 9AM the following morning to avoid exposure during leasing hours.
ODOR MITIGATION
Our professional waste removal team will provide timely and efficient service to mitigate odor occurrences. We remove bagged and tied doorstep waste using leak proof-equipment.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
Each member of our uniformed, onsite team will undergo an extensive background check and training process to prepare them to provide the best possible service for your community. You won't even know we are there! We work quietly and efficiently. In addition, our management team ensures quality service via regular audits and random site visits.
INCIDENT REPORTING
In the event of a resident process violation we will photograph and document the incident and provide a detailed report to property management on a weekly basis.
RESIDENT SUPPORT
Our staff will professionally draft and disseminate approved correspondence regarding our service(s) to each resident to allow the property management team to focus on other resident satisfaction issues. In addition, we provide an online resident support portal to compile ongoing feedback.
