Place your valet waste container outside your doorstep between 6PM – 8PM Sunday through Thursday. The Professional Valet Disposal team will collect your bagged and tied trash after 8PM each night on the designated dates of service.
-
Retrieve your valet waste container by 9AM the following morning.
-
There is no trash collection on Friday, Saturday or the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
VALET WASTE CONTAINER
Your Professional Valet Disposal provided waste container must be utilized in order for your waste to be removed. No other waste receptacle is acceptable. To avoid disruption of service as well as potential property management fines, refrain from placing trash bags, grocery bags or other "non-authorized" containers outside your doorstep.

WASTE CONTAINER LINERS AND CONTENTS
All waste must be bagged and tied. Waste container liners should not be restrained to the edge of your container and must be tied before placing the container outside your doorstep for removal. Contents should not include any broken glass or sharp objects and pet waste should be double bagged. No loose trash will be collected.

TRASH WEIGHT
Waste container weight must not exceed 20 lbs. Bulk or oversized items such as mattresses, appliances, furniture, large boxes, etc. will not be collected.
CARDBOARD BOXES
If disposing of cardboard boxes, ensure that you have broken them down before placing them on top of your container, as they should remain flat and ready for pick up.
